Unlike manual thermal cutting, our fully cold-machining process creates highly uniform, perfectly flat chamfer profiles (without inducing a Heat-Affected Zone), effectively ensuring geometric lock-up during large sub-assembly phases.

For continuous mass-production environments, we leverage the advanced Austrian Linsinger automatic beveling machine. Capable of processing materials offering extreme toughness (like exotic 9Ni nickel-based steels), the Linsinger machine delivers processing speeds yielding over 10X the output efficiency of standard edge millers. This specific machinery is optimized to create zero-gap precision U-grooves necessary for critical liquefied gas tanks and LNG storage applications.
