Proving tolerances on a part that weighs 150 tons requires specialized technology. Our climate-controlled inspection labs feature Massive Bridge & Gantry CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines) and high-accuracy portable FARO Laser Trackers. This allows our metrologists to guarantee absolute precision on oversized turbine housings, gearboxes, and large flanges.

Non-Destructive Testing of Weld Seams

4 Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)

We operate fully equipped in-house NDT testing departments managed by certified Level II and Level III technicians. From examining deep-penetration weld seams via Ultrasonic Testing (UT) to Radiographic X-Ray (RT) testing for high-pressure subsea pipelines, we ensure the microscopic structural integrity of every weldment before shipment.
