Machine Beds & Base Frames

We fabricate incredibly rigid, heavy-wall structural bases for OEM CNC machines, industrial compressors, and generators. Utilizing large planar mills, we guarantee the strict mounting pad flatness tolerances required for linear rails and gearboxes.

Industrial Press Machine Frames

Industrial forging and stamping presses endure immense impact loads. We source and process heavy steel plate (often over 200mm thick) to weld, stress-relieve, and machine massive crown, bed, and upright components for mechanical press OEMs.

Heavy Earthmoving & Crane Equipment

Fabrication of heavily reinforced excavator arms, massive dump bodies, crusher chassis, and tower crane masts. We strictly utilize specialized, wear-resistant high-strength steels (like Hardox 450) and perform complete AWS D1.1 structural welding.

Massive Gearbox Housings

Combining massive welded fabrications with heavy multi-axis CNC horizontal boring mills to manufacture custom gearbox split housings for mining mills, naval drives, and heavy automation sectors.

• Thermal Stress Relief (PWHT): For massive machine beds and frames, relieving weld stress before final machining is critical to prevent twisting. We operate industrial-sized post-weld heat treatment furnaces in-house.
• Unbroken Supply Chain: As a direct steel processing center, we stock, plasma cut, press brake, weld, machine, paint, and assemble the entire piece of heavy machinery under one roof, reducing lead times exponentially.
