Openex mitigates this challenge entirely by operating an immense fleet of 25 state-of-the-art Abrasive Waterjet CNC Systems. By pressurizing water up to 60,000+ PSI and mixing it with precision abrasive garnet, we can cleanly slice through solid 200mm thick steel plate without introducing any heat, mechanical stress, or edge warping to the workpiece.
