Heavy boom, stick, and dipper fabrications require highly controlled welding to prevent stress fracturing. We use deep-penetration submerged arc welding (SAW) and comprehensive Post-Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) to guarantee long-term cyclic fatigue resistance.
Earthmoving Buckets & Blades
We process immense quantities of abrasion-resistant steel (Hardox 400/500, AR400) for bulldozer blades, wheel loader buckets, rigid haul truck dump bodies, and specialized forestry attachments.
