Specialized Capabilities for Mining
- 1. Wear-Resistant Steel Processing: We maintain a large inventory of AR400, AR500, and Hardox wear plates. Our CNC cutting and forming centers are specifically calibrated to handle high-yield-strength metals without cracking.
- 2. Heavy Plate Rolling: Mining drums and kilns require rolling exceptionally thick steel plates. Our heavy rolling machines easily form cylinders from plates up to 150mm thick.
- 3. Thermal Stress Relief: Mining equipment undergoes severe dynamic loading. We utilize massive on-site heat treatment furnaces to relieve weld stresses, preventing premature fatigue failure in the field.
