Our metal fabrication department offers completely turnkey solutions—processing raw plates and massive structural shapes into finished, stress-relieved, and precision-machined heavy modules.
Working with massive thicknesses is our specialty. We regularly process heavy-gauge carbon steel, high-yield alloy plates, and massive pressure vessel plates. Using extreme-tonnage press brakes, cold rollers, and Submerged Arc Welding (SAW), we forge these massive flat plates into cylindrical shells, conical reducers, and gigantic tubular structures.
We fabricate fully-certified massive structural frameworks utilized in bridges, high-rise infrastructures, offshore jack-up rig topsides, and sprawling heavy equipment bases. Governed strictly by AWS D1.1 and CE EN-1090 EXC4, every heavy beam and structural I-joist is welded to endure extraordinary dynamic loads.
