Working with massive thicknesses is our specialty. We regularly process heavy-gauge carbon steel, high-yield alloy plates, and massive pressure vessel plates. Using extreme-tonnage press brakes, cold rollers, and Submerged Arc Welding (SAW), we forge these massive flat plates into cylindrical shells, conical reducers, and gigantic tubular structures.

  • Processing capability up to 150mm+ plate thicknesses.
  • Custom deep penetration multi-pass welding.
  • Applications: Tube sheets, rotary kilns, dump body floors.
