Maximum Machining Capacity
Our expansive machining halls feature climate-control zones specifically built to prevent thermal expansion when turning giant workpieces. Utilizing global equipment from Waldrich Coburg and Schiess, we deliver massive dimensions without losing microscopic tolerance.

Heavy Plate Rolling Capacity
Vessel forming and tubular piling operations require immense power. We have structured a dedicated high-capacity forming line capable of creating flawlessly round, conical, and varied plate rolled shapes out of the industry's toughest high-yield alloys.
• Cold Rolling Limits: Up to 5000mm wide x 200mm thick
• Press Braking: Long sections up to 15 meters in length
Heavy Welding Capacity
Space is critical when positioning massive weldments. Our fabrication and welding shop comprises towering bays equipped with head/tailstock positioners. This immense workspace ensures pristine weld bead application using gravity assistance across parts spanning 30 meters or longer.
• Rotators/Positioners handling parts over 150-tons
• Deep penetration multi-boom Submerged Arc (SAW) towers
Factory Lifting & Overhead Capacity
Machining a massive pressure vessel is only half the battle—you must safely rotate, load, assemble, and export it. Because of this, crane capacities are frequently the make-or-break bottleneck in large custom manufacturing. Not here. Openex offers monumental vertical clearance and lift force.
• Peak Crane Lift Weight Limit: Up to 250 Tons safely positioned
• Oversize High-Bay doors dedicated specifically for Ocean-bound loadout and heavy haul transport.
