50-Meter Gantry Milling Extremes
Our 16 interconnected gantry machining centers provide uninterrupted planer and milling capabilities for structural frames of virtually infinite commercial lengths. Headlined by our massive Schiess machine setup, we eliminate the need for segmental part breakdowns, improving final structural integrity.

Colossal Vertical Turning & Boring (VTL)
Ring forgings, pressure vessel heads, and power-generation turbine casings require rotational beds that can bear enormous localized stress. We operate 25 Heavy Vertical Lathes and Double-Column Mill/Turns, anchored by some of the most massive rotators in existence to secure completely flawless radial alignment.

Floor-Type Horizontal Boring
When precision penetrating thick cylinder bodies or aligning offshore manifold components, vibration control is key. Our elite Pama, Wuzhong, and Innse (Model 280) Floor Boring units handle heavy roughing cuts and fine tolerance surface-machining concurrently.

Measuring What We Build
Making it big is useless if you can't verify the tolerances. Every part is strictly verified inside climate-controlled rooms via Leica AT901 Laser Trackers (Ø160M limits) or our monumental ZEISS MMZ G CMM, maintaining an unyielding 4.3 + L/325 µm inspection precision level.
