NDT Bunkers ☢️
Three large reinforced testing facilities utilizing a linear accelerator for deep Radiographic penetration limits.

- Post Weld Heat Treat (PWHT): Normalizing / Annealing in extreme scale. Furnaces sized up to 30 x 7 x 7 Meters, peaking at 1100℃ with ±20℃ strict thermal tracking.
- Blasting & Coatings: Specialized giant-bay enclosures up to 29 x 6 x 6 Meters. Complete control of atmospheric grit-blasting profiles and maritime C5 grade paint curing limits.

Incredible Logistics: The 450-Ton Tandem Lift
Openex maintains a sprawling overhead grid utilizing 64 specialized hoist cranes (FranTech brand). By employing 25 meters of lift clearance, a peak single block lift of 250 tons, and tandem/dual lifts capable of a combined 450 Tons, loadouts of fully-welded marine architecture scale flawlessly directly into massive heavy-haul trucking chains.
