1. Plate Preparation & Cutting
- • CNC Flame: Massive scale to 500mm Thickness x 24M Length.
- • Laser & Waterjet: Zero-deformation cutting up to 200mm (water).
- • Edge Milling/Bevelling: Robotic pre-weld groove cuts on parts up to 18m.
2. Heavy Fabrication & Forming
- • Press Bending: Limit of 15m Length / 100mm Thick via 3000T brakes.
- • Welding Standards: AWS D1.1, ASME Section IX, CE, ISO 3834-2.
- • Methods: Automated SAW (Submerged Arc), Robotic Cells, TIG, MIG/FCAW.
- • H-Beam Prod.: Complete line averaging 5,000t production output monthly.
3. Secondary Thermal & Finishes
- • Post-Weld Heat Treat: Anneal/Stress relieve in massive 30m x 7m furnaces.
- • Coating/Sandblast: Indoor grit-blast & maritime C5 coating enclosures up to 29 meters long.

Facility houses 3 massive NDT Bunkers alongside portable diagnostic tools.
- Linear Accelerator (RT): Capable of inspecting 200mm solid wall thickness through Radiographic verification.
- 100% Volumetric: UT, MT, and PT testing maintained by certified Level II and III testing personnel.
- Zeiss Large Metrology CMM: Validation envelope up to 7m. Accy checks holding ±4.3 µm + L/325 values.
- Laser Alignment Tracker: Range sweeps Ø 160 meters on ultra-long welded modules with tight baseline tolerance control.
