Our Manufacturing Process

Heavy Profile Cutting & Forming

We utilize heavy-duty plasma/laser cutters to profile AR500 and Hardox plates. Our 3000T press brakes and heavy plate rollers easily form the thick, curved bucket shells and reinforced boom structures.

Robotic & Manual Heavy Welding

Because these parts face massive impact loads, weld integrity is paramount. Our AWS-certified welders execute deep-penetration, multi-pass welds, attaching critical wear plates, lip shrouds, and internal gussets.

Thermal Stress Relief (PWHT)

Heavy welding introduces severe internal stress. We place the massive welded booms and buckets into our industrial furnaces for Post-Weld Heat Treatment to prevent cracking and fatigue in the field.

Precision Machining & Line Boring

Finally, we use our large floor-type boring mills to perfectly align and machine the pivot pin holes (line boring) and mounting bracket faces, ensuring flawless assembly onto the excavator.
