Advanced Laser, Plasma & Waterjet Cutting
Achieving maximum nesting yield while completely preventing Heat Affected Zones (HAZ) is our baseline standard. Equipped with 10kW to 20kW+ Fiber Lasers and extreme CNC Waterjets, we cleanly extract flat profiles and architectural louvers from gauges thinner than 1mm to incredibly dense 100mm base-plates instantly, without structural deformation.
Massive Multi-Axis CNC Forming
Dimensional geometric variance stops on our floor. Employing large tandem-configuration press brakes, we offer a staggering 3,000 Ton bending limit across lengths up to 15 Meters. This allows OEM's to order incredibly long seamless brackets or channels continuously formed—entirely avoiding the structural fatigue of segmented joining.
AWS / ASME Certified Robotic Welding
Openex prevents unsightly weld spatter and warpage natively associated with sheet-metal joining by deploying pre-programmed, automated robotic TIG & Pulse-MIG arm cells, plus heavy CNC stud and spot welding operations, providing a highly cosmetic, exceptionally fortified sealed skin for assemblies prior to final industrial spray coating and integration.
