Our Turnkey Integration Workflow

Unlike standard laser shops, Openex specializes in complete dimensional housing manufacturing, offering structural repeatability and defect-free finishes ideal for highly automated product lines.

Phase 1:
Processing

Fast-turn 2D flat processing utilized to extract clean structural sections, louvers, panels, and access profiles using our industrial Waterjet, Plasma, and Fiber Laser turrets without thermally bowing the raw steel sheet.

CNC Press Brake Forming Included

Phase 2:
Joint Prep

Welding modular sheets into massive rigid frames utilizing ISO/AWS-certified Spot, MIG, TIG, or fully-programmed robotic weld arms. Critical external corner joints receive secondary abrasive dressing to create an aesthetic, seamless skin integration prior to painting.

Phase 3:
Treatment

Final panels undergo precise multi-axis CNC hole-tapping for door hardware prior to undergoing custom industrial-grade spray coating, hot-dip galvanizing, or specialized powder coating sequences inside our sealed spray bays.
