The Manufacturing & Assembly Process
Instead of welding multiple pieces together (which creates weak points), we utilize our 3000T press brakes to form thick HSLA steel plates into continuous, seamless structural channels for maximum fatigue resistance.
Our AWS D1.1 certified welders execute multi-pass full-penetration welds on all critical joints. We also deploy robotic welding cells for high-volume chassis production runs to ensure perfect consistency.
Mobile equipment relies on articulating joints. After welding, we perform precision line boring for all pin joints, hydraulic cylinder mounts, and axle interfaces to guarantee flawless alignment.
Frames are steel-grit blasted and coated in our heavy-duty painting booths with specialized marine-grade or abrasion-resistant epoxies before final mechanical and hydraulic assembly.
