The Manufacturing Process

Building a failure-proof mining frame requires strict metallurgical control. Here is how we execute massive frame projects:

Heavy Plate Cutting & Bevelling

We utilize heavy-duty oxy-fuel and plasma cutters to cut and bevel high-strength steel plates up to 300mm thick, preparing them for deep-penetration welding.

Structural Welding & Assembly

Our certified welders assemble the chassis using heavy jigs and fixtures. We employ strict pre-heating protocols and multi-pass SAW/FCAW welding to prevent hydrogen cracking in thick joints.

Thermal Stress Relief (PWHT)

Massive welding introduces residual stresses. We place the entire assembled frame into our massive on-site heat treatment furnaces for Post-Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) to ensure dimensional stability.

Large-Scale CNC Machining

Finally, the stress-relieved frame is moved to our gantry mills and floor borers. We machine the mounting pads, engine mounts, and bearing housings to exact geometric tolerances.
