Process frames endure constant vibration from motors and pumps. Our AWS-certified welders utilize full-penetration welding techniques to ensure joints never fatigue or crack under dynamic loads.
If a pump or compressor is bolted to an uneven surface, bearings will fail prematurely. We use large gantry mills to machine mounting pads perfectly flat, ensuring perfect rotational alignment for your equipment.
To survive chemical spills, saltwater, or harsh weather, process frames require ultimate protection. We operate massive in-house grit blasting and painting booths to apply high-build epoxy and chemical-resistant coatings.
We don't just build the steel frame. We can pre-assemble your pressure vessels, piping (spooling), and mechanical components directly onto the skid before shipping it to your plant.
