In modern papermaking, pulping equipment and storage vats are subjected to severe operating conditions. The vessels must endure high-shear agitations from spinning rotors, tremendous hydrostatic pressure, and relentless chemical attacks from black liquor and caustic bleaching agents.

With lifting limits up to 250 tons, no tank is too large for our facility. We expertly cut, roll, and weld extreme thicknesses of 304L, 316L, and Duplex stainless steels to manufacture completely seamless, defect-free pressure and storage vessels.

In paper pulping, a single rough internal weld can cause "stringing" (where paper fibers get snagged and eventually form lumps that destroy paper quality). Our secondary operations include stringent grinding, acid pickling, passivation, and electropolishing, restoring the pure chromium oxide layer to prevent iron contamination and ensuring an entirely smooth internal fluid path.
